Architect Daniel Libeskind has unveiled Villa, a made-to-order luxury house that can be delivered and assembled anywhere in the world. The house is an asymmetric shock, Built in Germany, the zinc-clad Villa has two interior design options: “Libeskind Style” and “Casual Style”. The Villa was conceived and designed to be part of this effort and demonstrates that exceptional architecture can promote the efficient use of natural resources.

The villa is on three levels, one of which is underground. At the bottom there are sauna, closet , laundry room and winery . On the second level spacious living room, guest room , lounge and office. On the top floor are three bedrooms. When you enter , you can choose to switch to asymmetric island kitchen or living room. In the living room waiting for you a very unique natural light and lights, which recreates the acute angles of architecture.

On the same level is the kitchen. There you will find special kitchen island work of Libeskind. Made of stainless steel or stone, it resembles a model of the building, designed by the architect. Attractive glass wall separates the metal staircase to the second level. There is a bedroom which is directly related to the balcony and organized recreation. The exterior cladding of the building is from Germany zinc producer Rheinzink. There are 2 color shades – blue- gray and graphite. The glasses are low emission , and the frame is aluminum . In the facade has been implemented and solar system that provides much of the energy for heating and cooling the home. Along with integrated solar system on the facade , the villa has a geothermal heat pump. Simple way is obtained about 4 kW of power for consumption by the pump which uses only 1 kW. Electricity in the house is generated by photovoltaic panels. The roof has a system for collecting rainwater, which was later used for irrigation in the garden.

Although at first sight, the house is metal , it’s only roofing material. Most of the residence is built of wood, valued for their strong insulating properties and its ability to process carbon dioxide. Insulation of the house consists of a 36- cm layer of recyclable wood fiber. Everywhere is integrated floor heating and ventilation system takes care of the air is clean, with no pollen and dust.
