Design house is made to proceed with the project to remodel an existing cabin daylight basement. In this house there are many dalalam room divider that was built strictly for the site to generate the existing drain field, it is impossible to increase the scope of many existing cabin. This constraint, plus the client’s desire for a complete reorganization and improvement of main floor space, resulting in the decision to demolish the existing structure to the main floor. Moreover, it is a wooden box “insertion” that extends to the main structure, but the slide in the top floor of the existing structures and cantilevers over the basement walls, so they do not affect the field of existing channels.

This wooden box contains the main bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen. Form of exterior and interior finish to keep the box; clerestory windows box separate from the main structure above the barn roof. Aluminium coated wood walls provide a wide glass window on the main floor. large sliding door opens to a wood deck built on the west and extending outside the interior for entertaining. Daylight basement is modified to include family room, two bedrooms, and a new bath and laundry.

Prismatic building this is the place broadcasting near Leeds city center. Conceived as a partnership / private common for the property group Downing and Leeds Metropolitan University, it provides approximately 110 000 square feet of new office space and teaching, together with 240 residential students at the landmark building increased to 23 floors. The building is conceived as an attractive solid form Yorkshire landscape rich geological heritage and busts. While the lower part of building up a continuous sweep of three erus floor, adjacent to the lower level of the listed building, up to five floors.
Impairment of buildings higher than eight floors to six before rising to the highest point of the scheme from 23 floors. Through a large window is understood as a stream of water flows through rock formations.
