Blackbird, Futuristic Cars Concept Pays Tribute to the Mercedes and Tron Legacy

Called the “Blackbird” is a new concept car with futuristic design to pay tribute to the Mercedes-Benz, the Hungarian designer Peter Vardai. This car was built with the idea of speed and freedom to strengthen feelings towards the brand. Drawing its name from the fastest manned aircraft, Lockheed Sr71 Blackbird, the new vehicle features arches and lights to emphasize the sporty shape of the Mercedes. Created for the 2010 event the Australian International Motor, Mercedes Blackbird was inspired by Hollywood’s latest blockbuster, The Tron Legacy, such as the concept of E-Tron Audi. Also, Tron Mercedes vehicles utilize a new color according to the film.
